The term ‘you’ or ‘user’ refers to the user of our services through Website, Hardware and the CC.

candorHUB reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms of Use at its sole and absolute discretion. The most current version of the Terms of Use will supersede all previous versions.

The terms and conditions mentioned in this contract along with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire contract between the User(s) and candorHUB with respect to access to and use of the website/Hardware and the Services offered by candorHUB, superseding any prior written or oral contracts in relation to the same subject matter herein.

candorHUB, a unit of Candor Management Services Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Company” or “Candor” or “we” or “us”) is a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956. Candor is in the business of providing management services of human solutions, learning skills, training, information technology, startup support infrastructure and ecosystem support services. CandorHUBprovides a vibrant start-up incubation ecosystem including workspaces and a wide range of business support services critical for startups to bring their ideas to market. 

2.TERMS

By accessing the website at http://candorHUB.in or www.candorHUB.inyou are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3.USER’S ELIGIBILITY

User(s) means any individual who has the right to use the Services provided by CandorHUB. Our Services are available only to those individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law.

CandorHUB advises its users that while accessing the Website/Application, they must follow/abide by the related laws. CandorHUB is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during use of Website/ Application. CandorHUB at all the times reserves the right to deny Services.

It is assumed that all information collected from the user is correct & accurate. Misuse and misrepresentation of identity or contact details will lead to automated termination of Services or the use of the platform without prior notice to such users.

5.USAGE CONDITIONS

You are advised to provide accurate information to CandorHUB. CandorHUB can verify the information that you have provided and choose to refuse the service or use of the Application / Website without providing reasons.

By using the Website:

• You have understood your contract with CandorHUB for Website usage and you have clearly understood the Services with our clarifications.
  
• You will use the Services or product for personal purposes only.

In addition to other reasons mentioned under this Agreement, CandorHUB reserves the right to immediately terminate the Services, if the user does not comply with any of the above rules.

6.USE LICENSE

1.Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on candorHUB's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
  
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

7.PAYMENT AND FEES

• The user has to pay the applicable fees at the time of registration for the Services.
  
• User can purchase the Services through the CandorHUB website or through a candorHUBcentre/distributors.
  
• The fees/price of the Services tends to change depending on the market.
  
• Once the applicable fees and cost of the Services are charged, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The fees/price shall include applicable service tax. In caseCandorHUB provides any concession/discount to any user as per the CandorHUB Policy, the applicable tax in such cases shall be borne by the user.
  

8.REPRESENTATION, WARRANTIES, INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Without prejudice to the above, the Company makes no representation or warranty that:

• The Services will meet the customer’s requirements.
  
• The Services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. In case the Website is unavailable or any potion thereof, candorHUB shall not held liable for the same.
  
• candorHUB shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage, howsoever caused or suffered by the user arising out of the use of Services offered by candorHUB or due to the failure of candorHUB to provide Services to the user for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to the user’s non-compliance with the Services’ recorded voice instructions, malfunction, partial or total failure of any network terminal, data processing system, computer tele-transmission or telecommunications system or other circumstances whether or not beyond the control of Company or any person or any organization involved in the above mentioned systems.
  
• candorHUB will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the service offered by CandorHUB or its distributors including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
  
• User acknowledges that the information and materials provided by CandorHUB may contain inaccuracies or errors including but not limited to technical inaccuracies and typographical errors and candorHUB shall not be liable for any such inaccuracies or errors.
  
• Use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which candorHUB shall not be liable. It shall be the user’s responsibility to ensure that any services or information available through the website meet his specific requirements.
  
• candorHUB encourages you to notify any complaints that you may have with the Services to candorHUB’s support ID at (email ID).
  
• candorHUB shall provide user support through phone, SMS services, or online queries services. The queries or any issues shall be addressed within 48 hours by the candorHUB support team.
  
• All the calls made to the Company’s CC or support team are recorded by the Company for quality and training purposes.
  
• candorHUB is not in any way guaranteeing desired results by the use of its Services 
  
• candorHUB can ask for user’s photographs, identity proof, etc. 
  
• candorHUB reserves its right to make any alteration in its services, programs, duration, timing without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding on the users.

In no event shall candorHUB or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on candorHUB's website, even if candorHUB or a candorHUB authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

9.AMENDMENT TO TERMS OF CONTRACT

The Company shall be entitled to add to, vary or amend any or all these terms and conditions at any time and the customer shall be bound by such addition, variation or amendment once such addition, variation or amendment are incorporated into these terms and conditions at company’s website on the date that company may indicate that such addition, variation or amendment is to come into effect.
