Seats and services once paid for cannot be cancelled. No refunds and return requests will be entertained in this regard.

This applies to seats, workspaces, conference rooms, events and any other service that you book with us, within or outside of the candorHUB website.

In the unfortunate event that you are unable to avail of our services after payment, if you wish to transfer the seat to another individual, please write to us at support@candorhub.in. The person you nominate would be expected to come in with a printed copy of the email sent to us by you, as well as a valid photo ID proof.
